Announcing the winners of the 2008 "Bantam Classic Shakespeare Scholar" Essay Contest for High School Students

Students were asked to write an essay addressing one of two questions posed by Bantam Classic Shakespeare (maximum 1,000 words). The grand prize winner was awarded a $2500 scholarship and two sets of Bantam Classic Shakespeare Editions — one for themselves and one for their school library. In addition, two first prizes were awarded, consisting of a single aforementioned 100-copy Bantam Classic Library.
