David Bevington is the Phyllis Fay Horton Distinguished Service Professor in the Humanities at the University of Chicago, where he is a member of the Departments of English and Comparative Literature, director of undergraduate studies in comparative literature, and chair of the Committee on Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities.

David Scott Kastan is the Old Dominion Foundation Professor in the Humanities at Columbia University and a member of the Department of English and Comparative Literature, which he presently chairs.
